Testimonials Phil Kincaid My story starts in Aug '08. I went to the Heart Doc and he said I had a shredded heart valve and a month to live if not taken care of! So on Oct 28th I had the Valve replacement surgery. I had to literally not do anything for a month no work no working out. Well that doesn't help to lose weight. After 3 months they finally allowed me to workout. I went to the gym and it just didn't have the energy I needed at the time. So a friend of mine (Andi) told me about a boot camp. So I looked it up and I will say it is the best thing I have ever done! I started at 320 Lbs and with Full Circle and a good meal plan. As of right now I have lost 60 Lbs, Lost 16 inches from the waist and will be running my 3rd 5K on Sunday. Yes it is not easy. Yes you do sweat and yes you get results! and innovative ideas to keep people motivated and looking good year
round. The best thing she ever did was start this boot camp. I see
results every day just by challenging myself and surrounding myself
with supportive people and friends. I think Shawna is a great addition
and I think the two of them are doing an awesome job together. They
really make a great pair! This is a real boot camp with guaranteed
results. I'm just sad I didn't start sooner :-) Kacy Lankford I'm not sure how unhealthy I was but I definitely needed to lose the weight. I was going to the gym and it wasn't working out for me so I NEEDED to try something else. Then I saw a friend of mine post that she was going to Full Circle Boot Camp. So I thought I would just give it a try. I started Full Circle Boot Camp June 26, 2009. I have not missed a camp yet. I would have to say it was the best decision that I have ever made. Since starting camp, I have lost 45 pounds and 21 inches all over my body. The 1st day of camp we have our 2 mile run assessment and I couldn't even finish the 2 miles. I think I stopped after the second lap (there are 4 laps to make the 2 miles). But with the help of Jen and Shawna I have run 8 5k races and I also did The Muddy Buddy race! I couldn't have asked for 2 better trainers! Jen and Shawna are awesome! Not only do they work on your body, but they work on your mind as well. Imp truly happy that I found them! They definitely helped me get "ME" back! So thank you ladies and I love you both! Jennifer Barnack Full Circle Boot Camp has been a blessing to me. I have always been active my whole life, but in 2009 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The pain was so bad it kept me from working out and I gained some weight. I realized after a year of dealing with my new diagnosis that I had to get back in shape and that exercising could actually help the pain. I joined boot camp in January of 2010 and I loved it. I stayed very committed to it for the first four months and also followed the nutrition plan. I lost my weight that I had gained plus a little more, got back in shape, and most importantly my health has been better than ever. Jen and Shawna have been awesome coaches and even though the workouts are extreme they make it really fun and I always want to go back for more. They are not only coaches to me, but I feel I have made two great friends!! I appreciate everything they have done for me!!!!
